My Story
I am a Life & Positive Psychology Coach who helps individuals who are at a mid-life crisis, who feels life has hit a ceiling, who desires to bring change in their lives but are unsure of the actions to take…to create positive, long term sustainable changes in their lives.
Prior to becoming a full fledged life coach I have worked for over a decade in professional services in the domain of finance and education.
I was enjoying my worklife a lot as I got the opportunity to climb the corporate ladder, grow socially and intellectually. However, I always felt there was something missing from my life.
From the core of my heart what I really loved was helping people sort through their ‘life issues’. I would spend hours listening to my near and dear ones just so I could offer them a solution to their problems. This trend continued into my professional life as well where colleagues and their friends approached me with their life issues.
Then a very challenging period of my life in 2018 led me to my own self-development phase, and it was at this time that I first stumbled upon life coaching. It was an instant connect! I realized that this is what I was doing all through my life and this is what I loved to do. As if God delivered me my calling!
Waiting no further, I started following that one thing which I strongly believed I stood for. Thus began my formal journey of in-depth training and education in life coaching, which eventually led me to become a professional life coach and now founder of CoachAble where we serve by the motto “Empowering People…Fulfilling Life”
