What Are Limiting Beliefs?
Limiting beliefs are something that you believe to be true that limits you in some way. They are subconscious thoughts creeping in and telling you something that is ultimately not true.
We start learning our belief systems from as early as childhood and then we move through life, creating experiences to match our beliefs. We continually look for ways to validate and prove that it’s true. This pattern of habitual thinking can follow us right through the extent of our life (if we allow it to).
