How It Works?
One-on-One coaching typically proceeds with weekly 45 minutes sessions. This is the commencement of your real coaching journey.
It uses validated change models and techniques appropriate to you to help assess your needs, understand motivations, develop competencies and skills, remove blocks and achieve an enhanced performance.
In between sessions you will have action items (assignments, worksheets, journaling and much more) to follow up on (or) inquiries to reflect on before the next session. This helps to deepen your learning and to achieve your goals faster.
